WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

LINE COOK

Position Summary: The line cook works with the Chefs to execute food production and deliver great customer service. This person reports directly to the Chef de Cuisine and works closely with the kitchen, deli & bakery staff members.

Success Patterns: The ideal candidate for this position...

  • Has previous experience in a restaurant kitchen

  • Must be able to walk, stoop, kneel, and stand through shift and carry, lift or move 25 lbs

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Has obtained ServSafe certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)

  • Has received TIPS training (or willing to receive upon hire)

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including late nights and weekends

  • Follows all systems of organization, cleanliness and sanitation, waste efficiency, ingredient efficiency, creativity, profitability and safety

  • Hospitality through knowledgeable, friendly and genuine service to both customers and staff members

  • Responsible for opening/closing duties of department as needed

  • Additional duties as assigned

 

Compensation:

$13.50/hour
