Look how pretty!

Located at the beautiful new Backyard on Blake complex, our restaurant is tucked inside the existing brick warehouse that stands between 31st and 30th on Blake Street in the burgeoning RiNo Art District in Five Points. Right now there's still quite a bit of construction going on around us and our restaurant is just a big empty shell.

The good news is that construction will start just about any day now. And soon the space will be transformed into The Preservery, which feels pretty surreal and very, very exciting. We can't wait! Our architect team over at Arrow B have been working super hard for the past few months to put it all together for us. We're crazy-thrilled to debut our first 3D images of the space...

You can see, on the left, that we'll have a cute little marketplace with lots of snacks, drinks, sandwiches and, of course, things in jars. We'll also be selling our freshly baked bread and pastries as well as grab & go breakfasts and lunches during the day.

From the front, you can see our stage on the right where my Grandfather's old upright piano will sit and we'll host live performances in the evenings. We're also building a community library for our staff and customers to enjoy, against the bright red stage wall. It'll be stocked full of cookbooks, food magazines, sheet music, and any other free books we can get our hands on.

Here you can see the super rad indoor/outdoor bar set up and on the other side is our lovely patio overlooking the Backyard area of the complex. We're particularly fond of all that gorgeous exposed brick and those insanely high ceilings.

Looks pretty cool, right? If all goes well you'll be able to see the whole thing in real life by March, 2016. Be sure to follow us on social media, in the mean time, for lots of progress updates and plenty of sexy food photos to get you excited.
